Chicken & Tomato Curry

1 tbls oil
1 chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp MA’s chicken curry paste
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
100ml MA’s Classic Coconut Milk
Spring of curry leaves

Step 1

Marinate the chicken in the curry paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onions.

Step 3

Add marinated meat and saute for 05 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomato and continue to saute for 02 minutes.

Step 5

Now add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Adjust salt to taste and serve.
