Dhal with Spinach

1 tbsp.
250g paneer
½ cup dhal, boiled
1 tsp MA’s Ginger Paste
1 tbsp. MA’s Jaffna Curry Powder
½ cup MA’s Coconut Milk 
½ cup water
Handful of Spinach
1 onion
Salt to taste
 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté paneer until lightly brown. Put aside.

Step 2

Add onions to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add ginger and curry powder and continue to sauté.

Step 4

Add paneer, coconut milk, water & boiled lentils. Simmer for 5 minutes. 

Step 5

Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
