Coriander Chicken Curry

60g MA’s Colombo Chicken Curry Paste 
250g Chicken 
1 tbls oil
1 small onions, sliced
1 sprig of curry leaves 
1 tbls MA’s Coriander Powder 
150ml water 
150ml MA’s Classic Coconut Milk
4 tbls fresh coriander, chopped
salt to taste
 

 

Step 1

In a bowl marinate chicken with MA’s Colombo Chicken Curry Paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in the rice cooker and sauté onion, curry leaves with MA’s coriander powder for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add chicken and sauté for few seconds.

Step 4

Now add water, cook chicken for 3 minutes and add MA’s Classic Coconut Milk.Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Once chicken is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves and salt.

Serve warm with rice.
