For the Brownie
170g Cooking Chocolate
140g Unsalted Butter
100g New Beginnings Smooth Peanut Butter
250g MA’s Brown Sugar
4 Large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
125g All purpose flour
½ tsp Salt
For the PB Topping:
90g Cream Cheese
130g New Beginnings Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tbls Powdered Sugar
1 ½ tbls Milk
Hand full of mini chocolate chips
To make the Brownie
Combine the butter and chocolate together in a small sauce pot and melt over low heat while stirring constantly.
Add New Beginnings Smooth peanut butter to the melted chocolate mixture, mix well and keep aside.
In a larger mixing bowl add the sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla extract and whisk together well.
Add the melted chocolate peanut butter mixture to the egg batter, mix well to incorporate everything together and add the sifted flour.
Mix well, pour the batter into the slightly buttered baking tray and spread evenly.
Bake in a preheated 170 °c oven for approximately 30-35 minutes or until when a skewer/knife is pushed into the center, it comes out with only a few
To make the PB Topping
Cream the cream cheese smooth, add powdered sugar, New Beginnings smooth peanut butter and milk. Mix until incorporated.
Once brownie is cooled, drop spoons of peanut butter batter in random spots all around the top of the brownie and spread peanut butter batter
through the entire surface of the brownie using a spatula.
Sprinkle some mini chocolate chips, cut into squares and serve.
