Peanut Butter Bread Pudding

2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp MA's Cinnamon Powder
1 cup New Beginnings Smooth Peanut Butter 
10 slices bread
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbls butter to grease
Pinch of salt 
 

Step 1

Heat oven to 180C. 

Step 2

Grease a 10 x 10-inch baking pan/ casserole butter.

Step 3

Break eggs into a large bowl with milk, sugar and cinnamon, whisk until well combined. 

Step 4

Add peanut butter and mix well. 

Step 5

Cut or bread slices into triangles and place as layers in the baking pan. 

Step 6

Pour milk mixture into over bread slices. Sprinkle raisins and little sugar. 

Step 7

Bake until the mixture is set, and the top is golden brown (for 25 minutes).

Make the pudding tastier by adding sliced banana and chocolate chips instead of raisins.
