Spicy Potato Curry

250g half boiled potato
2 tbls oil
½ tsp MA's Mustard Seed
1 sprig of curry leaves & rampe
30g MA's Chicken Curry Paste
01 large onion-sliced
02 green Chili-sliced
1 cup MA's Coconut Milk
1 cup water
Salt & pepper

Step 1

Cut peeled potatoes into desired size.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

Step 3

Once mustard seeds start to pop, add curry leaves, rampe, chili and after a minute add onions and let it brown.

Step 4

Add potatoes and temper for a minute.

Step 5

Now add curry paste and mix for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add water & coconut milk and keep for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Add potatoes and temper for a minute.

Step 8

Once the potato is cooked remove from the heat and serve hot with plain rice or yellow rice.
