Chilli Honey Cashews

30g butter
1/3 cup kithul syrup
2 tsp MA’s Brown sugar
2 tsp MA’s Chilli Powder
1 tsp salt
400g cashews

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 150C.

Step 2

But all ingredients, except the cashews, into a saucepan and heat until bubbling.

Step 3

Add cashews and keep stirring for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Layout on a tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15 minutes.
