Chicken Curry

400 g chicken, cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. MA’s Organic Chicken Curry Paste 
2 tbsp. oil
200 ml MA's Organic Coconut Milk
150 ml water

Step 1

Marinate chicken in the curry paste for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add marinated chicken and stir to prevent burning.

Step 4

Mix in the coconut milk and water, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Adjust salt to taste and serve warm.
