Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan and add ginger, garlic, onion and sprig leaves. Sauté until onion turn golden brown.
Step 2
Add meat and meat curry mix, cook until brown.
Step 3
Now add water cook until meat is cooked through.
Step 4
Adjust salt and serve warm.
***If you want a spicier curry, add 1 tbls MA's Chilli Powder.
