Bean Curry

400g beans,cut as desired 
1  onion, thinly sliced
2 green chillies, chopped
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp salt
30g MA’s Vegetable Kirata Mix
Water as desired
200ml MA’s Coconut Milk
 

 

Step 1

Add beans, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and MA’s vegetable curry mix to a pan.

Step 2

Mix well, add water and cook on medium heat until beans are cooked through.

Step 3

Then add coconut milk, stir and let cook for 2-3 minutes. 

Step 4

Adjust salt, serve warm with rice.
