BBQ Prawns with Tangy Mustard Butter

For the Prawns

500g Prawns, cleaned

2 tbls MA’s BBQ Seasoning

2 tbls Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce

Salt to taste 

 

For the Dipping Sauce

3 tbls lemon juice

6 tbls butter

1 ½ tbls MA’s Yellow Mustard

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp MA’s Chilli Powder

¼ tsp MA’s Pepper Powder

Chopped parsley to sprinkle

Few wooden skewers

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes. 

Step 2

Into a bowl combine, BBQ seasoning and teriyaki sauce. Add cleaned prawns and marinate for 30 minutes. 

Step 3

Meanwhile heat a medium saucepan and combine the butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt, chilli powder, and pepper. Heat until the butter is just melted. Set aside. 

Step 4

Preheat the grill. Thread marinated prawns onto skewers. 

Step 5

Place the prawns on the barbecue and cook about 1 minute per side.
