Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

2 small chicken breasts cubed into 2.5cm

1 green bell pepper, cubed

1 onion, cubed

½ cup Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce

1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

1 tsp MA’s Ginger Paste

2 tbls sesame seeds toasted

Some wooden skewers 

Step 1

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. 

Step 2

In a bowl add teriyaki sauce, garlic paste and ginger paste. Mix well. 

Step 3

Add cubed chicken into the teriyaki sauce mix and marinate for 30 minutes. 

Step 4

Start assembling the skewers with marinated chicken, bell peppers & onion until you've used up all the ingredients. 

Step 5

Brush the skewers with leftover teriyaki mix.

Step 6

Grill for about 6 minutes each side. Avoid overcooking so the chicken doesn't dry out.

Step 7

 Sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve warm.
