Festive Yellow Rice

Ingredients:

500g rice

1 tbls  butter

1 onion, sliced

50g MA’s Kitchen Yellow Rice Paste

100ml MA’s Kitchen Coconut Milk

Handful of curry leaf

50g cashews

Oil for deep frying.

 

Steps:

1. Cook the rice in the rice cooker

2. Heat butter in pan & fry onions until brown.

3. Add Coconut milk & MA’s Kitchen Yellow Curry Paste and mix well.

4. Stir in the cooked rice.

5. Deep fry curry leaf & Cashew.

6. Layout the cooked rice on a dish and sprinkle with the fried curry leaf, raisins & cashews.
