Wattalapan

Ingredients:

200g jaggery

5 eggs

400ml MA’s Coconut Milk

1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Mixed Spice

 

 

Steps:

1. Grate the jaggery

2. Beat in the eggs, spice, and coconut milk

3. Place in preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.

4. Top with cashews and serve.
