Baked Potato

Ingredients:

500g potatoes

150g Pepper Valley Bacon

½ onion, finely chopped

50 ml fresh cream

1 tsp MA’s Kitchen Pepper, crushed

1 egg, beaten

50g New Beginnings Aged Palai Cheese for the top

Salt to taste

 

Steps:

1. Boil potato and cube

2. Fry bacon and onions in butter. Add cream, pepper, beaten egg and mix.

3. Mix in the potato and half the cheese.

4. Adjust the salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Place in a shallow baking dish

6. Place in the oven for 20 minutes

7. Garnish with chopped parsley
