Biriyani

04 tbsp ghee
01 large onion chopped
02 tomatoes chopped
Bunch of coriander leaves chopped
250g chicken cubed
100g curd
50g MA’S Biriyani Paste
500g basmathi rice

 

Step 1

Heat ghee and saute the vegetables, chicken, curd and MA'S Biriyani Paste for 03 minutes

Step 2

Put washed and cleaned rice into a rice cooker or large pan, pour in the mixture and gently add required water and cook till rice is done.

Step 3

Mix well before serving.
