Sri Lankan Crab Curry

INGREDIENTS

400g cleaned Crab
50g MA’s Crab & Prawn Curry Paste
2 tbls oil
2 large onion, sliced
300ml MA’s Coconut Milk
200ml water

Step 1

Marinate crab in curry paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add in the onion and sauté until translucent.

Step 4

Add marinated crab & mix briskly.

Step 5

Add the coconut milk and water, simmer for 10 minutes.

 

Step 5

Adjust salt to taste.
