kola kenda

1/4 cup red kakulu rice, cook until soft
1 bundle of gotukola leaves
1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
2 cups water
1 cup MA’s coconut milk
Salt to taste
Jaggery to serve (optional)

Step 1

Blend gotukola, garlic paste and 2 cups water in a blender.

Step 2

In a pan bring to boil the rice, gotukola mixture and coconut milk.

Step 3

Adjust salt to taste and serve with a piece of jaggery.
