Banana Flower Curry

3 tbls MA’S Seeni Sambol Mix
1 medium tender banana flower, thinly sliced
Oil for frying
3 onions, sliced
Curry Leaf
MA’S Garlic Paste
10g MA’S Mustard Seed
3 tbls. oil

Step 1

Soak the banana flower in water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

 Squeeze and drain.

Step 3

Fry the banana flower and onions until brown and
drain.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seen, curry
leaf and seeni sambol mix. Fry until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the fried banana flower and onion.

Step 6

Add salt and serve.
