Ingredients:
3 tbls MA’S Seeni Sambol Mix
1 medium tender banana flower, thinly sliced
Oil for frying
3 onions, sliced
Curry Leaf
MA’S Garlic Paste
10g MA’S Mustard Seed
3 tbls. oil
Steps:
1. Soak the banana flower in water for 15 minutes.
2. Squeeze and drain.
3. Fry the banana flower and onions until brown and
drain.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seen, curry
leaf and seeni sambol mix. Fry until fragrant.
5. Add the fried banana flower and onion.
6. Add salt and serve.
