Prawn Red Curry

Ingredients:

60g MA's Thai Red Curry Paste

2 tomatoes, cubed

400g cleaned and deveined prawns

100ml water

300ml MA's Coconut Milk

Steps:

1. Heat curry paste in a pan.

2. Add tomatoes and prawns, saute for 2 minutes.

3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat, add water and simmer until prawns are cooked through.

5. Adjust salt to your taste preference and serve.
