Zesty Lemon & Tuna Rice

Ingredients:

500g cooked rice, basmathi

12g MA’s Fried Rice Seasoning

50g canned tuna

1 carrot, shredded

1 onion, chopped

20g onion leaves, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

 

 

Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and carrots.

2. Then add fried rice mix followed by tuna and mix well.

3. Mix though the rice together with onion leaves and lemon juice.

4. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve.
