Our New Beginnings Edam is a classic semi-hard cow's milk cheese, typically aged for 4 to 6 weeks. Traditionally made with slightly lower fat milk compared to our Gouda, it offers a lighter profile while maintaining a high standard of artisanal quality.

With its pale-yellow color and remarkably smooth, creamy texture, this Edam is approachable and easy to enjoy. It is the perfect choice for those who prefer a clean, fresh taste that doesn't overpower other ingredients.

Flavour Profile: Initially mild and creamy, developing a gentle nutty finish as you enjoy it.

Texture: Very smooth and supple, making it easy to slice or cube.

Aroma: A fresh, milky scent on the nose with subtle hints of butter and toasted nuts.
