We use Dad's Garden Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce with everything, perhaps not with ice cream, but there isn’t a savoury dish out there that we wouldn’t add a splash of this sweet/spicy deliciousness.
This is the perfect dipping sauce for spring rolls. It's also a perfect ingredient for many stir-fry recipe bases.
