Festive String Hopper Mix

20 string hoppers, crumbled
1 onion, sliced
50g carrot, shredded
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp MA’s Unroasted Curry Powder
1/4 cup MA’s Coconut Milk
1 tsp MA’s Chicken Stock Powder

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, curry leaves and carrots.

Step 2

Add curry powder and mix well.

Step 3

Pour in the coconut milk and chicken stock.

Step 4

Mix in the string hoppers.

Step 5

Adjust salt and serve.
