1 large onion, finely diced
1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
200g chicken, cubed
150g Pasta Roma Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 tbls butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
Grated cheese to taste
Boil pasta and keep aside.
Add chicken and sauté until cooked.
Remove from heat and stir in cream. Adjust seasonings.
Stir in boiled pasta, serve immediately topped with cheese and chopped basil.
