Crunchy Beetroot and Apple Salad

4 beetroots, half boiled

2 green or red apples peeled

Handful of chopped lettuce

3 tbls MA’s Honey Mustard Dressing 

Step 1

Ask an adult to help you peel, cut & wash the beetroot. Make sure you use an apron, beetroots are messy.  

Step 2

Cut the apples and beetroot into matching sizes and mix with lettuce in a bowl. 

Step 3

Drizzle with MA’s Honey Mustard Dressing. Serve with Teriyaki Chicken Skewers.
