Thai Red Vegetable & Soya Curry

Ingredients
100g soya (soaked in ½ cup of hot water for 10 minutes)
1 tbls oil
50g Thibbatu mark top with a cross
2 tbls MA’s Kitchen Thai Red Curry Paste
100ml MA’s Kitchen Classic Coconut Milk
Salt to taste
 
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add the oil.
Step 2
Put soya in the pan with the water it has soaked in.
Step 3
Add Chilli pieces and curry paste.
Step 4
Add samll batu and then coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Adjust salt to taste and serve.
