Asian Coleslaw

4 cups cabbage, shredded
2 cups carrots, grated
1 capsicum, thinly sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, crushed
1/3 cup coriander, finely chopped
For the Dressing
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup  Ma’s Happy Life Kitchen White Vinegar
1 tbsp Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce
1 ½ tsp New Beginings sesame oil
¼ cup of peanuts, ground
1 tbsp MA’s Ginger Paste
½ tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
Salt to taste

Step 1

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix all salad ingredients together except the peanuts. 10 minutes before serving add the dressing and toss. 

Step 3

Serve sprinkled with peanuts. 

Step 4

Serve cold with a barbecue or with grilled chicken for an easy meal.
