800g Basmathi rice, cooked
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
250g chicken, cubed
1/2 cup curd
25g MA’s Biriyani Masala Mix
Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan and saute onion, tomatoes, chicken, curd with biriyani mix.
Step 2
Once chicken is cooked through add rice, coriander and mix well.
