Carrot Kurma

1 tbsp oil
1 onion, sliced
sprig of curry leaves
150g carrots, cubed
1 tsp MA’s Kuruma Mix
100ml MA’s Coconut Milk
1 tsp MA’s Unroasted Curry powder
1 tomato, sliced
 
 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and curry leaves.

Step 2

Add the carrots, curry powder and kuruma mix, then add the tomatoes.

Step 3

Pour in the coconut milk and cook until the carrots are tender.
