Ingredients
1 tsp oil
150g chicken or pork minced
1 tbls MA’s Kitchen Ginger Paste
2 tbls Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce
Handful bean sprouts
1 small carrot, grated
2 spring onions, chopped
Spring roll/wonton sheets
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and saute chicken/pork.
Step 2
Add ginger paste and teriyaki sauce and continue to saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add all other ingredients and mix together.
Step 4
Lay out spring roll sheets and place mixture inside and fold as you wish.
Step 5
Deep fry until golden brown and serve with Dad's Garden Pineapple Chilli Sauce.
