Chorizo Pasta

3 eggs
45g cheese 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp.  MA’s Chili Pieces
Salt and pepper for seasoning
300g Pasta Roma Pasta of choice
100g Peppervalley sausage, sliced
175g Pasta Roma Pasta Sauce Chilli 

Step 1

Cook pasta as per instructions.

Step 2

Mix eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and mix well.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced Peppervalley sausage. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add chili pieces and mix with sausage.

Step 5

Add egg mixture to sausages and stir well  to ensure that the egg cooks evenly.

Step 6

Then add Pasta Roma Pasta Sauce into the sausage mixture and let sausages cook with pasta sauce for  1 more minute. 

Step 7

Add drained cooked pasta into the pan and stir through. 

Step 8

Serve with more cheese and extra chili if desired.
