Peanut Sauce

400ml MA’s Coconut Milk
60g MA’s Thai Red Curry Paste
180g New Beginnings Peanut Butter
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
5 cm lemon grass

Step 1

Mix everything together in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Step 2

Put in a pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Serve over stays or use as a dipping sauce.
