500g medium sized prawns with tail on, cooked
2 tbls of Dad’s Garden Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 lemon juiced (other 1/2 cut into wedges)
2 large cucumbers, core discarded and peeled
into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
2 large onions, chopped
4 large tomatoes, cubed
200g lettuce, thinly sliced
125g of MA’s Wasabi Dressings
Salt to taste
Marinate the prawns in a mixture of salt, chili garlic sauce and lemon juice.
Mix together vegetables and cashews, put into 6 salad cups.
Top with prawns and MA’s Wasabi Salad Dressing. (Add more dressing if desired)
Adjust salt and serve.
