Coriander Mushroom Soup

1 tsp MA’S Coriander Powder
400ml MA’S Classic Coconut Milk
1 tsp fresh coriander leaf, chopped
50g sliced oyster or button mushrooms
1 tbls butter
1 large onion, sliced
200ml water
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime juice

Step 1

Heat the butter in pan and sauté the onions and the mushrooms.

Step 2

Add the Coconut milk and water and simmer the soup for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add pepper, lime juice and salt to taste.

Step 4

Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaf and serve.
