Prawn Satay Curry

1 tbls oil 
1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste 
2 tbls New Beginnings Peanut Butter 
2 tbls MA’s Thai Red Curry Paste 
1 onion, diced 
500g prawns, cleaned with tails intact
400ml MA’s Coconut Milk

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add the onion & garlic. Cook until onion turns golden brown. 

Step 2

Add prawns and saute for 2 minutes. 

Step 3

Add the curry paste and cook for 2-3 Minutes. 

Step 4

Then add coconut milk and peanut butter. Mix well. 

Step 5

Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes or until sauce has reduced and thickened. 

Step 6

Serve warm with rice & sauteed greens.
