4 cups milk
5 tbls white sugar
3 MA’s Cardamom Pods, crushed
¾ cup broken vermicelli noodles
¼ MA’s Nutmeg Powder
6 dates, chopped,
6 cashew nuts, chopped, or to taste
Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and add crushed cardamom pods.
Stir in vermicelli; simmer until pudding thickens for 20-30 minutes.
Garnish pudding with dates, and cashews. Serve warm or chilled.
