Grilled Peanut Chicken Skewers

3 tbls New Beginnings Peanut Butter Smooth
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into stripes/ cubes  
1 tsp MA’s Roasted Curry powder
1/2 tsp MA’s Chilli Powder 
1 tbls soy sauce
1/2 tsp MA's Garlic Paste 
1 tbls fresh lime juice
salt to taste 

Step 1

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Into a bowl, add the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, curry paste, and chili powder.

Step 3

Add the chicken and marinate for 40 minutes. 

Step 4

Assemble skewers with marinated chicken , brush with the leftover marinade mixture.

Step 5

Grill 6 to 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Avoid overcooking, so the chicken doesn't dry out.
