Carrot Pasta

100g Tortiglioni pasta
1 onion, chopped
75g mushrooms, chopped
1 tbls basil chopped 
2 large carrots cut into ribbons (using a vegetable peeler)
75g Pasta Roma Herb Past Sauce  
2 tbls oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Step 1

Boil pasta, drain and keep aside. 

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add in the carrot ribbons, sauté for one minute and stir in the sauce.

Step 5

Continue to cook for 7-8 minutes. Serve warm
Add grated cheese for flavor boost.
