Prawn Pasta

2 tbls butter
1 tsp of MA’s Black Pepper
180ml fresh cream
1 Large onion finely chopped
3 tbls Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp pf chopped basil
300g of peeled prawns
100g Spaghetti
2 tbsp. Pasta Roma Garlic Sauce
Salt to taste

Step 1

Clean prawn in running water for 2 to 3 times. Add 1 tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt to the prawns.

Step 2

Mix well. Cover and marinate it in fridge for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 4

Melt butter in a pan. Add oil to melted butter. Add chopped onions and marinated prawns and fry well for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add Pasta Roma Garlic Sauce and stir well with prawns and onion.

Step 6

Simultaneously add fresh cream to sauce paste and stir. Once cream turns to bubble, add 3 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and whisk well and remove from flame immediately.

Step 7

Add pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Add cream and cheese mix and give it a good stir.

Step 8

Add the cooked noodles, toss well. Remove from flame and serve immediately.
