Pre-heat the oven to 220°c and line a baking tray with a foil mpaper.
Dust flour on a smooth surface and roll out the thawed puff pastry into a square shape.
Spread pasta sauce and sprinkle cheese only on half of the pastry.
Fold the other half and cut 3cm width strips.
Twist the strips 3 to 4 times and place on the greased baking tray.
Brush with milk and bake for about 10 minutes or till it brown.
