Creamy Chicken Pasta

300g Pasta

1 large onion, finely diced

1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

200g chicken, cubed

150g Pasta Roma Garlic Pasta Sauce 

2 tbls butter

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

Grated cheese to taste

Step 1

Boil pasta and keep aside.

Step 2

In a pan, heat butter over a medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for a minute. 

Step 3

Add chicken and sauté until cooked.

Step 4

Pour in pasta sauce and add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Stir and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes
 

Step 5

Remove from heat and stir in cream. Adjust seasonings.

Step 6

Stir in boiled pasta, serve  immediately topped with cheese and chopped basil.
