200g chicken, cut into strips
15g MA’s Tandoori Spice Mix
125g cup curd
1 cucumber, cut into strips
50g lettuce, sliced.
1 tbls coriander, finely chopped
4 Naan/ flatbread
Place the chicken in a mixture of tandoori spice mix and curd.
Set aside to marinate for an hour.
Grill or bake the chicken in an oven.
Warm a naan & place the chicken in the center, top with lettuce, cucumber & coriander. Sprinkle with lime juice, roll and serve.
