Cheesy Chicken Rice Balls

Cooked/ leftover rice 250g
150g Chicken, boiled and shredded
2 tsp MA’s BBQ Seasoning
2 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
1 green chili, chopped
cubed, cheese
50g cashew, crushed
50g fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg

Step 1

Mix rice, chicken, BBQ seasoning and garlic paste together.

Step 2

Cover a small cube of cheese in mixer and roll into a ball shape.

Step 3

Mix crushed cashew and breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Dip the balls in whisked egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5

Deep fry the balls and serve with yogurt dip or Dad’s Garden Garlic & Chili Sauce.
