Chickpea and Tuna Pattie

1 tbls oil
1tsp MA’s Garlic Paste
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp MA's Unroasted Curry Powder
200g chickpeas, boiled and peel off
1 egg
1 carrot, grated
unsalted tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 plain yogurt
1 tbls mint leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
oil to fry the pattie

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic paste and onions together with the unroasted curry powder and set aside.

Step 2

In a food processor process chickpeas and egg until smooth.

Step 3

Transfer mixer into a large pan and mix in the sauted onions, carrots, tuna.

Step 4

Adjust salt and pepper and make the burgers using your hands.

Step 5

Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the pattie until it gets golden color each side.
