Fish Mirisata Curry

1 kg fish,cubed
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves,smashed
a sprig of curry leaves
35g MA’s Fish Mirisata Mix 
4 tbls oil
1 ½ tsp salt
Water as required

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add onion, chilies, garlic and curry leaves. Saute until golden brown.

Step 2

Then add MA’s Fish Mirisata Mix. Mix well and add cubed fish.

Step 3

Add water and salt (add extra water for more gravy). Mix well and let cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Adjust salt and serve warm.
