Carrots Sautéed In Garlic Butter

4 large carrots

2 ½ tbls butter

1 ½  tsp MA’s Garlic Powder or MA’s Garlic Paste

1 tsp MA’s Cumin Powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1

Julienne the carrots (into french fry sized sticks).

Step 2

Steam carrots 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but ?rm. Put aside.    

Step 3

Heat butter in a saucepan on medium heat and saute garlic for a minute.  

Step 4

Then add cumin powder and mix well.

Step 5

Add the carrots and sauté for a few minutes until the carrots are heated through.

Step 6

Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
