Stir-fried Green Beans with Cashews

1 ½  tbls oil

1 onion, sliced

1 tsp MA’s Garlic Paste

400g green beans or long beans

1 tbls Happy Home Chilli Paste

2 tbls Dad’s Garden Teriyaki Sauce

100g cashews, lightly toasted

Salt to taste

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok on medium heat and fry the onion and garlic paste for 3 minutes. 

Step 2

Add the chilli paste and sauté for few seconds. 

Step 3

Then add the green beans and cook for 3 minutes. 

Step 4

Add the teriyaki sauce, mix well and cook until green beans are tender. 

Step 5

Adjust salt, mix in the toasted cashews and serve warm.
