Butter Cake with Cinnamon Caramel and Peanut Butter

3 cups of butter cake, crumbled 

¾ cup New Beginnings Peanut Butter Crunchy 

6 glass jars (8 oz)


Cinnamon Caramel Sauce 

1 cup brown Sugar 

4 tbls butter 

½ cup cream 

1 tsp vaniila 1 tsp MA’s Cinnamon Powder 

Pinch of salt


Step 1

Mix all ingredients for the cinnamon caramel sauce in a pan over a medium heat.

Step 2

Use a wooden spoon to continually stir the sauce for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Make sure you continue to stir, caramel sauce can easily burn. 

Step 3

To assemble the dessert, add a layer of crumbled butter cake to the bottom of a jar. 

Step 4

Drizzle with a layer of cinnamon caramel sauce and top with a layer (1 tbls) of peanut butter. Repeat the layers to ?ll the jar. Serve Cold. Serve with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream for an extra ?avor.
