Aloo Tikki

4 potatoes boiled and mashed

½ tsp MA’s Chilli powder

½ tsp MA’s Coriander powder

½ tsp MA’s Cumin, crushed

¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

1 onion, ?nely chopped

3 tbls ?our

2-3 tbls oil for frying

2 eggs, beaten Breadcrumbs for coating

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients (except for the egg and oil) in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated

Step 2

Cover and place in a refrigerator for 30 minutes

Step 3

Shape the mixture into thick small patties (about 1 ½ tbls for each pattie). 4 Dip the Pattie into the egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs

Step 4

 Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
